Step 1: On car audio products, there are two power wires, one with a 15A fuse, the other with a 3A fuse. The smaller wire with the 3A fuse must be connected to a constant power source in order to provide power to the CeNET bus system.
Step 2: Replace the CeNET changer cable with a known good cable from another unit.
Step 3: Try connecting the CeNET device to another known good source unit.
